Joe Martin
Has sold Real Estate in Devonport since 1995. He previously owned Devonport Realty, where he was a Principal, Manager and Salesman for over 10 years, with a reputation for honesty and integrity.
After merging with a bigger company Joe felt the need to offer alternatives to Vendors and Purchasers, hence opening Selling Simply.
Leanne Wintle
Has been Joe’s partner for over 30 years, she comes from a background in corporate Project Management. The balance of organisation, people skills and managing a process from start to finish have worked well in ensuring that Selling Simply meets it’s aims to provide a quality service for a reasonable price.
Selling Simply is a Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and the Real Estate Agents Authority 2008.
